Questions parents ask first

Anything not covered here, just call us — a person picks up.

How does pickup actually work?
Your child is added to their school’s authorized pickup list under our center’s name. A staff member signs them out at dismissal and brings them directly to the center. You get a check-in message once they arrive.
What if my child’s school isn’t on your route?
Put the school on the form anyway. We review new route requests weekly and will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
Do you actually make them do homework?
Yes. The first hour is a supervised, no-devices homework block. Staff keep kids on task and note anything they got stuck on, but we are not a tutoring service and we don’t do the work for them.
What happens if I’m running late for 6:00 PM?
Call the center. The late pickup policy and any associated fee are covered in the enrollment agreement you sign before the first day.
